NDTThe Process New Decision Therapy is thorough and precise clearing and is highly effective for healing the following: Addictions Most people report a definite shift in their experience with just one session. Look to the Testimonial section to find out what people are saying about their NDT experiences. NDT uses applied and behavioral kinesiology to identify emotional trauma that may have weakened the immune system. A weak immune system can lead to a variety of physical ailments, and can result in a chronic debilitating illness. This weakness can also be expressed in repetitive and destructive behavior patterns. Once we have identified these traumatic experiences we can clear their negative impact on body and mind.
Clearing Denial In New Decision Therapy the term "Denial" refers to inaccessible information. This contains thoughts, feelings and events that have been forgotten. Denial is not necessarily deliberate. Using kinesiology, NDT uncovers three layers of denial. This allows the individual to be consciously aware of their truth, to speak their truth and to be open to hear the truth. Forgiveness The NDT process assists a person to forgive others for not giving them what they wanted. Ultimately one learns to forgive oneself. Compassionate Understanding Recognizing that these people did the best they could given their personal histories and circumstances. Releasing Trauma Releasing the negative pent up emotions of anger and/or guilt & regret (note: the origin of the word regret is "to re-cry, or to cry over & over again"). This step is psychosurgery because we are virtually removing the trauma from the cells of the body. Acceptance Having forgiven others through compassionate understanding one arrives at a place of accepting the other people as they are. Going On Moving into our own life by choosing to live fully in the present. Here we are imprinting the cells of our body with new, life-affirming decisions. Integration Generally a 72-hour period, called the "flux" period, when the cells are adjusting to our new decision. |
