After a one week intensive with Kandis Blakely in Chartres, France I continued my studies in New York City and got certified.

Originally from Germany, I offer NDT both in Berlin and New York and I am gladly working as the personal assistant and European liaison for Kandis in New York.

My 10 years studies at the Freie Universitat Berlin have been devoted to Science of Sport/Movement, Special Education, Psychology, Medicine, Sociology and Educational Science. As a teacher for Special Education I am teaching Physical Education, Biology, Arts and Natural Science to handicapped and non-handicapped children. My teaching experiences involve all age groups. Thus, besides working with adults, I am specialized in working with children and their families.

I am a certified Yoga teacher for 13 years and have taught Yoga, Meditation and Posture at the Freie Universitat Berlin, also giving private classes and cooperating with health insurances and government offices.

After two years of additional medical studies in both conventional and alternative medicine, I received certification from the School of Healing Practitioners. During my studies I got certified in different bodywork techniques and developed The Heike Body Therapy which is a holistic approach to bodywork to relax, rebalance and recenter the individual. It is highly oriented at the individual needs and is crowned by the emotional clearing work of NDT.
